What we collect and why

• Newsletter: your email and language, so we can write when a new episode is out. Legal basis: your consent, confirmed through a link in an email. Kept until you unsubscribe; every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Guest application: what you send through "Be a guest", so we can contact you about the show. Legal basis: your consent. Kept for up to 12 months unless you appear in an episode.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Netlify. Subscriptions and applications are stored on our own server at Hetzner in the EU, and emails are sent through our email provider. Videos come from YouTube and only load when you press play, through youtube-nocookie.com. Fonts are served from our own site. We don't sell or share your data, and we don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by emailing hello@businessshotspod.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
